Shipping and import charges
US shipping costs US$100 per vehicle, multiplied by quantity. Buyers pay import charges on arrival. Shipping to other destinations must be confirmed before payment is arranged.
Dispatch and delivery
Confirm stock, dispatch date, transport method and estimated arrival with support before ordering. Once shipped, order details show the carrier and tracking number entered by the administrator.
Payments and order status
Prices are in US dollars. Confirm payment using the order status and payment provider records. On-hold, pending or failed orders do not confirm receipt of payment. Avoid duplicate payments and contact support if unsure.
Cancellations, returns and warranty
For cancellation, return or warranty requests, provide the order number, purchase email, issue description and relevant photos. Support will review the order and product, then confirm the process, return address and costs. Arrange the return before shipping anything back. Confirm specific time limits and coverage before purchase; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Before you buy
Confirm actual photos, model, battery, range test conditions, motor, brakes, charger specifications, local road requirements, delivery terms and after-sales coverage. Products labelled as demo models and concept images demonstrate the website and do not establish actual specifications.
Accounts and personal information
Members can sign in to view their orders, edit billing and shipping addresses, and update details and passwords. Password recovery uses the registered email address. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, except records that must legally be retained.
