Information we collect
When you submit a booking or enquiry, we collect your name and phone number, together with any model, enquiry type, city, preferred date and notes you choose to provide. We record the submission time, reference number and consent version. Only your name, phone number and consent are required.
How information is used and stored
This information is used to contact you, answer product questions and confirm test-ride arrangements. It is not displayed publicly. Submitting a booking does not automatically confirm an appointment. Information is stored in this website’s database and handled by authorised administrators. Administrators should regularly remove processed records that no longer need to be retained. You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information.
Essential technical information
The form uses a security token and rate limiting to prevent abuse. Rate limiting uses a salted hash of the network address, with a temporary lifetime of one hour. The original network address is not stored in booking records. The hosting server may generate access logs according to its configuration. The administration area uses cookies required for WordPress login.
